Caliber is a Danish Enterprise SaaS company founded in 2018 by former directors from Reputation Institute with the vision of making business more trusted and trustworthy. 

Our real-time reputation research platform helps Corporate Communications and Marketing professionals around the world manage their activities and build their companies’ reputation by viewing and activating real-time stakeholder perception data.

As we continue to expand internationally, we need to further structure and professionalize our thought leadership activities. 

You will be in charge of content creation and management and will have the opportunity to influence the entire content marketing process, from strategic planning to execution.

Your responsibility areas will include:

  • Developing and owning the global content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Writing thought leadership material like reports, briefs, articles, and e-books based on Caliber’s data analytics and reputation insights
  • Writing engaging copy for website pages, blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, etc., with SEO in mind
  • Editing and proofreading existing content for accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including sales, customers success, analysts and advisors, to plan and streamline scalable content
  •  Defining and managing company tone-of-voice, and ensuring all content is on brand


Key skills, characteristics & knowledge:

We expect you to have short-form and long-form copywriting experience in English, as well as a good knowledge of digital marketing. In addition, we are looking for the following:

  • Native English speaker with outstanding written communication skills
  • Eye for detail and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to convey key messages in a clear and concise manner
  • Understanding of how to write content for a specific target audience, incorporating numerical insights and infographics, as well as guidelines for the brand tone of voice
  • A B2B customer-centric approach to creating content
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and creative content
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a content creator, content manager, or copywriter
  • B2B or agency experience is a plus
