Real People, Real Data, Real Insight

Not all data is created equal. And not every platform treats it that way.

Caliber is built on three core strengths: the quality of our data, the strength of our database, and the depth of our experience — both human and technological — in turning brand and reputation insights into action.

Together, they set us apart from competitors — and give our clients a clear view of what their stakeholders think, feel, and are likely to do.

High-Quality Data, From Real People

At Caliber, we deliver accurate, human-verified insights into what stakeholders think — and how they’re likely to act. We do this by continuously surveying thousands of verified individuals every day across markets and sectors, using a research model rooted in academic rigor and real-world experience.

Our approach stands apart in a space where survey data is often noisy, unverified, or even AI-generated. In an age of synthetic audiences, we’ve chosen a different path: one that prioritizes data quality, consistency, and real human input.

That matters. It means our platform reflects actual stakeholder perceptions — not clickbait opinions or bot responses. It means our clients can track shifts in trust and reputation with confidence. And it means that when someone wakes up in the morning to consult their reputation dashboard, they’re seeing something that matters.

We Don’t Just Ask Anyone

Stakeholder tracking and reputation intelligence start with one thing: surveying the right people.

At Caliber, we use online market research panels provided by trusted global partners — working only with large, reputable panel providers that fully comply with ESOMAR standards. People pre-register to join these panels and receive surveys.

From this pool, we select respondents with the right demographic background, to accurately represent the corresponding national demographic mix, who haven’t recently participated in brand or reputation studies.

If someone has already been surveyed about a company, they must wait at least six months before being invited again. Only those highly familiar with the companies being rated are included, and respondents are rewarded through their panel provider’s point system.

4 Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Reputation Tracking Platform

If you’re evaluating how to track your company’s reputation among key stakeholders, start here:

1. How is the data sourced — and can I trust it?

Caliber gathers insights from real, verified people — not bots or scraped content. All respondents are selected through trusted global research partners and meet strict quality and relevance criteria. The result: human data you can trust.

2. Are the right people being surveyed — and are they real?

Insights are only useful if they come from people who know your business. We survey customers, employees, investors, talent, and other relevant stakeholders — real, verified individuals who matter.

3. Does this platform reflect the people who matter to my business?

Not all opinions are equal. Some tools track consumer chatter or social buzz. We focus on stakeholders who influence brand and business outcomes.

4. Will I get consistent, reliable insights — or just one-off snapshots?

One-time surveys can miss important changes. We provide continuous, comparable, real-time data so you can track trends, respond early, and plan with clarity.

A Smarter, Searchable Benchmark

A reputation platform is only as strong as the data it collects — and the data it compares against. Weak inputs are bad enough. Benchmarking them against a flawed database only compounds the problem.

That’s where we’re different. We offer robust data today — and the context to make sense of it.

Over the years, we’ve built a robust, searchable database from nearly a decade of high-quality stakeholder interviews — with more than 4 million interviews conducted, and thousands added daily.

Our platform currently tracks over 2,000 companies across 40+ countries, covering the largest players in every major industry — giving our clients global visibility and local nuance.

It’s not just big data — it’s smart data: clean, structured, and now AI-powered for faster, more intuitive search and benchmarking.

Insights That Lead Somewhere

We don’t chase trends or run superficial polls. We specialize in stakeholder intelligence — and we’ve built the team, tools, and track record to do it right. Our analysts bring deep experience in reputation strategy and brand tracking. And while we embrace AI, we never outsource our judgment to it.

Because valuable insights don’t just come from data — they come from the questions we ask, the patterns we recognize, and the decisions we help our clients make.

Our model is rooted in decades of academic research on trust, emotional attachment, and stakeholder behavior — drawing on foundational theories of signaling, reputation formation, and organizational trust.

It builds on the idea that people’s behavior toward companies is shaped not just by rational perceptions — like innovation or integrity — but by emotional responses such as trust and affection. These emotional bonds are powerful predictors of what people do next: whether they buy, recommend, apply, invest, or advocate.

Our model captures this progression — from information and experience, to rational evaluation, to emotional connection, to real-world behavior — and it’s been validated through rigorous statistical testing across sectors, cultures, and 20+ countries.

The result is a stakeholder intelligence framework that is not only academically grounded, but proven to predict behavior with over 85% accuracy.

Focused on What Matters

We’re not trying to be all things to all people. We’re brand and reputation experts focused on delivering the right insights to the right people, at the right time — with the care, quality, and clarity they deserve.

If you’re in comms, marketing, or strategy, you already know — great decisions start with clarity.

Caliber delivers that clarity by focusing on what truly matters: real people, relevant insights, and reputation metrics you can trust. We don’t chase noise. We deliver the signal to help you respond fast, lead with confidence, and earn trust.
