Caliber surveys thousands of people daily, capturing how they perceive brands listed on the OMX C25 Index. Respondents are representative of the Danish population by age, gender, region, and other key demographics. This always-on approach ensures the data reflects both short-term reactions to events and long-term reputation trends.
Only respondents who are aware of and familiar with a company are included in the scoring. This ensures results are based on informed perceptions — not general awareness or brand recognition.
Each ranking is built on Caliber’s reputation framework, developed through extensive testing across 40 markets and more than 4 million survey responses. The model shows how rational perceptions shape emotional responses like trust and likeability. These emotions, in turn, predict real stakeholder behaviors: from buying, recommending and investing to working for a company.
All results are presented on a 0–100 scale, standardized using Caliber’s globally validated Normative Scale. With a statistical margin of error of around ±1.6 points at a 95% confidence level, the rankings provide a robust and comparable measure of corporate reputation.
Caliber’s real-time tracking goes far beyond the OMX C25. Our data covers hundreds of companies across sectors, providing a continuous view of how stakeholders perceive your brand and its peers. Contact us to access tailored insights on your company or competitive benchmarks.
The Trust & Like Score (TLS) is Caliber’s core measure of reputation — showing how much people trust and like a company.
Used to evaluate the top companies in Denmark, it’s the clearest indicator of public confidence and overall reputation strength, offering a real-time view of how OMX C25-listed brands are perceived by the public.
Thousands of people across Denmark are surveyed daily through Caliber’s Real-Time Tracker, answering two questions on a 7-point scale:
“[Company] is a company I trust.”
“[Company] is a company I like.”
Scores are normalized to a 0–100 scale to make results directly comparable across years. All results can be further broken down by demographics, stakeholder segments, or professional groups, allowing deeper analysis of how different audiences perceive each company.
For communications and corporate affairs leaders, the TLS offers a clear reputation compass.
Tracking score movements helps pinpoint when and why public trust shifts — linking reputation changes to media coverage, campaigns, or business actions.
It also provides an objective benchmark to evaluate progress and compare your company’s standing against others on the OMX C25 Index.
Caliber publishes the Trust & Like Score Rankings annually in January/February, reflecting results from the full previous calendar year.
