Our platform helps Corporate Communications professionals manage their activities and build their companies’ reputation by providing real-time stakeholder perception data in an online dashboard, based on daily surveys we conduct worldwide. We are an international team of strategists, analysts and technologists, and we are based in the middle of Copenhagen – at Rådhuspladsen.

 

The position
The new Marketing Manager will be asked to ‘hit the ground running’ and lead the marketing efforts in Denmark and the Nordics, and gradually in other European markets as well. As the first full-time marketer in the team, you’ll be fundamental in formulating the marketing strategy together with the founders, and you’ll need to be comfortable with a wide range of tasks acknowledging, that small teams sometimes have multiple jobs to perform. You’ll also get the opportunity to keep one foot in the offline world, organising events to increase presence in our target communities.

Key tasks and activities will include, but not be limited to:

Building the brand and own and define the marketing strategy and execution

  • Responsible for social media strategy, management, and execution
  • Digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and growth hacking activities
  • Ensure consistent tracking and monitoring of performance
  • Own HubSpot Marketing Hub and other relevant analytic tools

Create content and thought leadership material & manage offline visibility

  • Liaise with relevant media outlets to push awareness of Caliber and relevant campaigns, stories and thought leadership material
  • Own PR activities, including conferences, events and coordination with external agencies
  • Liaise with partners outside the Nordics to secure strong presence across relevant channels

Ensure lead generation to Sales organization and systematic tracking of marketing effectiveness and conversion rates (MQLs & SQLs)

  • Manage account-based marketing in coordination with Sales
  • Utilize and contextualize relevant client data on an ad hoc basis

The tasks may occasionally change, and you will have an opportunity to define own goals, tasks and responsibilities. Our culture is open and informal, and everyone can impact how the company develops. This is a full-time position that includes travel within Europe. Our corporate Language is English, and we like to have fun at our office.

 

Your profile

The ideal person is marketing, tech and data savvy. You have a 3-5 years of experience with B2B marketing, ideally in the areas of Enterprise SaaS and/or market research or a consulting firm. We’d like you to help us establish a fully capable marketing unit and lead by example with activities from day one.

To succeed in this role, you have a sense of autonomy, ownership and desire to contribute to business success and development. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data to a broad audience and can influence others and build strong relationships.
