Awareness
Percentage of respondents who are able to recall the company by name, once shown (aided awareness).
Familiarity
Percentage of respondents who have qualified knowledge about the company (are somewhat or very familiar with it).
Trust & Like Score
A score on a 0-100 scale indicating the extent to which the company is trusted and liked.
Brand
Consists of four dimensions of attitudinal perceptions: Authenticity, Differentiation, Relevance and Inspiration. For each dimension there is a score on a 0-100 scale.
Reputation
Consists of four dimensions of rational perceptions: Offering, Innovation, Integrity and Leadership. For each dimension there is a score on a 0-100 scale.
Behavior
Consists of three types of supportive behavior: Advocacy, Consideration and Recommendation. For each behavior there is a percentage of respondents (top-2-box) likely to engage in that behavior.
